本文主要以双层电梯的研究理论为基础,以立体式车库为研究对象,对双层立体电梯式车库的PLC可编程控制器进行了系统的了解。双层立体车库主要由PLC可编程控制器、电气控制柜、提升系统及载车板等部件组成,通过各部件之间的控制与执行状况,分析了双层立体车库的PLC控制系统结构和设计流程,并对可编程控制器与车库内各部分模块之间的控制响应关系进行了详细的阐述与分析,突出了PLC控制系统在立体车库应用上的广泛性和安全性。
Based on the research theory of double-deck elevator, this paper takes the three-dimensional garage as the research object and systematically comprehends the PLC programmable controller in the double-deck elevator car. The double garage is mainly composed of PLC programmable controller, electrical control cabinet, lifting system and truck plate. The structure and design of PLC control system of double-decked garage is analyzed through the control and execution of each component. Process, and programmable controller and garage in various parts of the control response between the modules were described and analyzed in detail, highlighting the PLC control system in the application of the three-dimensional garage wide and security.
