目的观察米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法将124例子宫肌瘤患者随机分为联合用药组和对照组各62例,对照组给予米非司酮治疗,联合用药组在对照组用药基础上给予桂枝茯苓胶囊口服。结果 2组治疗后孕酮、雌二醇、黄体生成激素、促卵泡生成激素水平均低于治疗前,且联合用药组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后最大肌瘤体积和子宫体积均小于治疗前,且联合用药组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤可明显降低孕激素水平,抑制雌、孕激素作用,并缩小子宫肌瘤体积,值得应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 124 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into combined treatment group and control group, 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone. The combination group was given Guizhi Fuling capsule orally on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment, the levels of progesterone, estradiol, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the combination group was lower than the control group (P <0.05). The maximal fibroid volume and uterine volume of the two groups were less than before treatment, and the combination group was smaller than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Mifepristone combined with Guizhi Fuling capsule can reduce the level of progesterone, inhibit the effect of estrogen and progesterone and reduce the volume of uterine fibroids, which is worthy of application.
