1991年7月的一天晚上,陕西省某建筑工地上发生了一起触电伤亡事故,造成一人死亡,两人受伤。事故的经过是这样的:当天晚上,工地的施工人员正在浇筑一层楼面的混凝土,由于经常发生间断性停电,因此每当有电时,大家都紧紧张张地施工,只怕不能按时完成生产任务。晚上11点多钟,突然随着一声惨叫,只见一名在架子上振捣混凝土的工人掉了下来,就在众人还没回过神来的时候,又一名工人从上面掉了下来,先掉下来的工人不顾自己的伤痛,急喊道:“上面有电!”
One night in July 1991, an electric shock accident occurred on a construction site in Shaanxi Province, resulting in one death and two injuries.
