准确诊断和完整评价寰枢椎损伤是正确治疗的关键。脊柱损伤不合理的放射学检查能引起患者新的病变,甚至继发不可逆的神经损害,常规放射学虽然对估价骨性椎管序列和整体结构有重要价值,但对损伤后脊柱后部骨结构和椎管形态显示不清。CT薄层扫描能满意地克服X线平片的上述缺点,对寰枢椎损伤的各方面能提供更详细的资料。现通过分析我院1992～2000年经CT检查的68例寰枢椎损伤病例,以探讨CT薄层扫描的诊断价值。
