以重庆地区的一办公建筑为研究对象,利用能耗模拟软件eQUEST对建筑进行全年空调模拟。选取外墙传热系数、窗墙比、玻璃类型等影响建筑能耗的关键性因素,利用正交试验法研究各个因素对建筑能耗的影响,结果表明该地区玻璃类型对建筑全年影响最大,其次为窗墙比和外墙传热系数,据此得到了建筑总能耗最小的优化组合方案。
Taking an office building in Chongqing as the research object, the energy consumption simulation software eQUEST was used to simulate the whole year air-conditioning construction. The influence factors of building energy consumption, such as heat transfer coefficient, window-wall ratio and glass type, on the energy consumption of buildings were selected. The orthogonal test was used to study the influence of various factors on building energy consumption. , Followed by the heat transfer coefficient of the window-wall ratio and the external wall, so that the optimal combination of the total building energy consumption is obtained.
