目的 探讨FHIT基因蛋白 (Fhit)表达情况与乳腺癌发生发展的关系。方法 用免疫组化法检测了6 1例乳腺浸润癌 ,4 3例导管内癌及上皮不典型增生 ,37例导管上皮增生和 4 2例正常乳腺上皮Fhit表达水平。结果 90 .5 %正常乳腺上皮Fhit表达为强阳性 ,有 4 9.2 %乳腺癌Fhit表达阴性或明显降低 ,另有 32 .8%中度降低 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;在乳腺上皮增生发展为癌的过程中 ,Fhit表达水平逐渐降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;有异常 p5 3蛋白表达的乳腺癌 ,其Fhit低表达率明显高于无异常p5 3蛋白表达者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 实验结果提示Fhit表达降低可能对乳腺癌的演化和进展具有一定重要作用 ,Fhit低表达可能与 p5 3基因异常相关
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Fhit protein and the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect 61 cases of invasive breast cancer, 43 cases of intraductal carcinoma and epithelial dysplasia, 37 cases of ductal epithelial hyperplasia and 42 cases of normal mammary epithelial Fhit expression. Results Fhit expression in 90.5% of normal breast epithelial cells was strongly positive, with a negative or significant Fhit expression in 42.2% of breast cancers and a moderate decrease of 32.8% (P <0.01). In hyperplasia of mammary epithelium (P <0.05). The expression of Fhit in breast cancer with abnormal p5 3 protein expression was significantly higher than that without abnormal p5 protein expression (P <0 05) .0 5). Conclusion The results suggest that the decreased expression of Fhit may play an important role in the development and progression of breast cancer. The low expression of Fhit may be related to the abnormality of p5 3 gene
