新桩栽种后,一般养护半月左右都能萌芽(指春季)。但这并不能说明桩坯已经成活,如果在此期间,管理上不对路,极易造成桩坯在夏季高温期夭折。究其主要原因,就是在养桩早期没有真正了解各个不同桩坯的实际生长情况,是否已萌发新生根。从而在管理上没有区分对待,造成个别桩坯因某些方面管理不善而在高温夏季枯亡。据我的经验,只有尽早了解桩坯的真实生长情况(主要了解桩坯新生根的萌发多少),才能采取比较正确的养护方法,使没有发根的及早发新根,让生长强壮的加快生长,早日成
