本文观察中西医结合方法治疗４２例肝硬化，平均治疗５８．３８±１２．７８天，结果总有效率７１．４３％，明显优于西医治疗组的４４．４５％（Ｐ＜００５）。在降低无腹水组的ＡＬＴ值、升高有腹水组血清，总蛋白和白蛋白，纠正上消化道出血、肝性脑病方面，中西医结合组亦明显优于西医治疗组（Ｐ＜０．０１）；病死率远低于西医组（Ｐ＜０．０５），在用药期间亦未发现任何副作用和过敏反应。
In this paper, 42 cases of liver cirrhosis were treated with the method of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The mean treatment time was 58.38 ± 12.78 days. The total effective rate was 71.43%, which was significantly better than that of the Western medicine treatment group (44.45%, P <005). Integrative Medicine Group was also significantly better than western medicine group (P <0.01) in reducing ascites-free ALT, elevating ascites serum, total protein and albumin, correcting upper gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatic encephalopathy ). The case fatality rate was much lower than that of western medicine group (P <0.05). No side effects and allergic reactions were found during the treatment.
