人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,也是企业发展的关键因素之一,在人力资源管理中,激励问题是重要内容之一。针对艺术人才的特点,如何避免落入“激励”的误区,建立公平合理激励机制从而充分挖掘员工的潜能,实行科学的项目管理方式等已经成为艺术管理面临的新课题。
