National Harbor Rail Fee Seminar Held in Shanghai On January 16, 2007, the China Port Association held a “mini-seminar on national port rail tariffs” in Shanghai. Twenty-three representatives from 15 port railway transport units attended the conference. Cao Chung-hi, executive vice chairman of China-Hong Kong Association, Ho Yeung-kang, secretary general, Wu Minzhen, deputy secretary-general, and Zhang Zhenhua, secretary-general of railway branch attended the seminar.
