癌症发病率和耐药性的不断攀升,促使新结构和新作用机制药物的发现更为迫切.近年来,特异生境微生物的化学成分和生物活性研究日益受到关注.本课题组通过对药用植物内生菌和海洋微生物的分离、筛选和系统的化学成分分离,获得了一些结构新颖复杂的活性天然产物,并对其中2个化合物的抗肿瘤作用机制进行了研究.这些结果表明特异生境微生物蕴含着丰富的新活性化学成分,值得深入发掘.
