目的:研究并探讨中西医结合治疗人工流产后闭经的临床效果。方法:选取我院自2010年5月至2013年5月收治的人工流产后闭经患者64例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组采用西药治疗,研究组在于对照组的基础上进行中药调治,治疗3个疗程后,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:对照组患者总有效率为75.00%;研究组患者总有效率为96.88%。研究组优于对照组,两组差距明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合方法对人工流产后闭经患者进行治疗,可以使患者闭经症状在较短时间内改善,临床效果明显,安全可靠,值得在临床应用。
Objective: To study and discuss the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating amenorrhea after induced abortion. Methods: Sixty-four cases of amenorrhea after abortion were selected in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2013. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The control group was treated with western medicine. The study group was based on the control group Chinese medicine treatment, treatment of three courses, the treatment of patients in two groups compared. Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%. The total effective rate of the study group was 96.88%. The research group was better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of amenorrhea after induced abortion by traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the symptoms of amenorrhea in a relatively short period of time. The clinical effect is obvious, safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical application.
