说到养生,很多人觉得是一门学问,而我认为养生就是生活中点点滴滴的注意。我是个随遇而安的人,对于养生的态度亦是如此。养生实际上就是管理自己的健康。一个人要保证身体的合理运转,就要注意以下方面:饮食、休息和运动。我并不追求按部就班的养生方式。对于接触到的各种养生知识,如果我觉得合理,而且对我来说比较有可行性,都会试着去吸取。比如不熬夜、生活要有规律、三餐怎么吃之类的。

Health is actually managing your own health. A person to ensure the proper functioning of the body, we must pay attention to the following aspects: diet, rest and exercise. I do not pursue step by step regimen. For all kinds of health knowledge, if I think it is reasonable and more feasible for me, I will try to learn from it. For example, do not stay up all night, have a regular life, how to eat three meals a day.
