目的:构建心脏移植护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,为科学地评估心脏移植护士的岗位胜任力水平提供合适的工具。方法:在文献回顾的基础上,进行多角度的深入访谈,初步构建指标条目池,采用目的抽样的方法抽取22名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家咨询确定心脏移植舱护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法计算指标权重。结果:通过2轮专家咨询,形成的心脏移植护士岗位胜任力评价指标体系共包括4个一级指标、18个二级指标和66个三级指标;2轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率分别为91.67%(22/24)和100.00%(24/24),专家权威系数分别为0.891和0.941,专家意见协调系数分别为0.278和0.321,差异有统计学意义(n χ2值为532.250、613.562,均n P<0.01)。n 结论:心脏移植护士胜任力评价指标体系具有较高的科学性和可靠性,同时兼顾了护士个体的显性胜任力和隐性胜任力,丰富了专科护士的内涵,同时可为心脏移植护士的选拔、培养、考核等提供了参考,有利于进一步规范专科护士的管理。“,”Objective:To construct the competency evaluation indexsystem for heart transplantationnurses.Methods:The study was based on literature review and clinical investigation for establishing indicator framework preliminarily. Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of consultation with 22 experts to compete index. Use analytic hierarchy process to determine weight coefficients.Results:Based on 2 rounds of consultation, the evaluation index system for heart transplantation nurses with 4 primary indicators, 18 secondary indicators and 66 tertiary indicators were developed. The effective response rates were 91.67% (22/24) and 100.00% (24/24).The authority coefficients were 0.891 and 0.941.The coordination coefficients for three levels of index during the second round of consultation were 0.278 and 0.321(n χn 2 values were 532.250, 613.562, n P<0.01).n Conclusions:The evaluation index system for heart transplantationnurses is scientific and reasonable, and can provide basis for the selection, training and assessment of heart transplantation specialist nurses.
