对非美术专业类普通大学生的美术教育既是传授美术技能知识、增强审美能力和提高文化素养的过程,也是影响其心理健康的过程。本文通过一定的教研案例分析与理论研讨,探讨了美术教育对普通大学生心理的优化与治疗作用。通过绘画观察学生的心理动态,通过指导加强学生心理的自我完善,通过综合分析促进学生形成健康心理,起到了提升大学生综合素质的有效作用。
The art education of non-art major general college students is not only the process of imparting the knowledge of art skills, enhancing the aesthetic ability and improving the cultural accomplishment, but also the process of affecting their mental health. Through some case studies and theoretical discussions, this article explores the effect of art education on the psychology of ordinary college students. Through the observation of students ’psychological dynamics through painting, through the guidance to strengthen students’ psychological self-improvement through comprehensive analysis to promote students to form a healthy psychology, played an effective role in enhancing the overall quality of college students.
