伴随着我国社会的不断发展经济也随之快速发展,建筑技术与教育科学也有些飞速的发展。特别是在用地比较紧张的城市,需要把土地的综合利用率发挥充分,在城市建设中高层建筑已然成为主体。因为高层建筑在投入方面比较大,楼层也比较高,而且施工的周期较长,混凝土浇筑量较大,工程安全和质量方面使具有它独特的性质。所以在发展的时候就应该对施工进行严格的把控,不管是在施工过程中的哪一个阶段都要对相关制度进行严格的执行,从而使高层建筑的施工质量得到相应的保障。只有这样才能确保避免一些因为施工质量而引发的相关问题,杜绝危害人命生命安全的事故。本文结合自己实际的工作经验主要从房屋建筑工程施工质量管理的作用、施工材料管理及控制等方面进行了阐述。
With the continuous development of our society, the economy has also developed rapidly, and the construction technology and education science have experienced some rapid developments. Especially in the more land-intensive cities, the comprehensive utilization of land needs to be fully utilized. In urban construction, high-rise buildings have become the mainstay. Because high-rise buildings in the input is relatively large, the floor is relatively high, and the construction of a longer period, a large amount of concrete pouring, engineering safety and quality to have its unique nature. Therefore, when the development should be strictly controlled construction, regardless of which stage of the construction process should be the implementation of the relevant system, so that the construction quality of high-rise buildings are the appropriate protection. Only in this way can we ensure that we can avoid some problems caused by construction quality and eliminate accidents that endanger the lives and lives of human beings. In this paper, my own practical work experience is mainly elaborated from the aspects of the construction quality management of housing construction, construction material management and control.
