在工业领域,通信技术随着自动化技术的快速发展,在现场总线技术的推动下不断的变化、发展。在工业自动化领域,PLC控制技术与现场总线技术的研究和应用意义重大。在对现场总线技术支持下对PLC控制系统进行应用研究,可以帮助实现工厂自动化,本文首先概述了PLC通信功能,并对现场总线的基本特征进行了描述,并在以往的应用成果基础上详细论述了PLC专用现场总线,并讨论了基于PROFIBUS过程总线和CAN总线的PLC控制系统。在总结以上论述的基础上综合提出了PLC控制系统在制造业信息化过程中的发展方向。
In the field of industry, with the rapid development of automation technology, communication technology constantly changes and develops under the promotion of field bus technology. In the field of industrial automation, PLC control technology and fieldbus technology research and application of great significance. In the field bus technology support for PLC control system application research, can help to achieve factory automation, this paper first outlined the PLC communication functions, and describes the basic characteristics of the field bus, and based on the previous application of the results of a detailed discussion PLC-specific fieldbus, and discussed based on the PROFIBUS process bus and CAN bus PLC control system. On the basis of summarizing the above discussion, this paper synthetically proposed the development direction of PLC control system in the process of manufacturing informatization.
