颈静脉孔区神经鞘膜瘤甚为少见 ,而巨大后颅窝、翼腭窝沟通性颈静脉孔神经鞘膜瘤罕见。笔者曾遇到 1例 ,明确诊断过程较为曲折 ,手术需神经外科、耳鼻喉科、口腔科多科联合 ,经扩大枕下乙状窦后入路 (Dandy’s) -颌下联合入路 ,该入路特别 ,难度大 ,现报告如下。1 病例介绍患者
