目的 讨论在老年类风湿关节炎患者的临床治疗过程中应用羟氯喹、来氟米特联合疗法进行治疗的临床疗效及其对患者机体血脂水平的影响.方法 筛选出2018年至2019年我院收治、符合纳入标准的老年类风湿性关节炎患者80例,将其随机分为参照组和观察组,每组均为40例,参照组运用羟氯喹疗法,观察组运用羟氯喹、来氟米特联合疗法.结果 治疗后观察组临床治疗有效率比参照组提升15.00%(P<0.05),观察组血脂水平呈现明显改善趋势(P<0.05).结论 对患有类风湿关节炎的老年患者,应在临床治疗过程中运用羟氯
