1979~1981年研究了田间生长条件下的冬小麦主茎旗叶的光合强度(Pa)、比叶重(SLW)、叶氮量(N/LA)、叶肉厚度(MT)、气孔密度(SF)和维管束密度(VBF)。研究表明:(1)旗叶 Pa 高峰出现在开花期。所有品种花后 Pa 季节性变化可分为三种类型:渐降型、中段稳定型和剧降型。SLW 和 N/LA 季节性变化的趋势是相似的。(2)除 VBF 外,Pa、SLW、N/LA、MT、SF 品种间差异显著。花后 Pa,SLW 和 N/LA 品种间差异也显著。(3)开花期和开花后SLW、N/LA 和 MT 与 Pa 均显著相关,彼此之间也显著相关。SF 也与 Pa(?)显著相关,但与 SLW 和 N/LA 不相关。(4)拔节期的 SLW、N/LA 与开花期的显著相关。
From 1979 to 1981, the photosynthetic intensity (Pa), SLW, N / LA, MT, SF of flag leaf of main stem of winter wheat under field growth were studied. And vascular bundle density (VBF). The results showed that: (1) Flag Pa peak appeared in the flowering stage. Seasonal changes of Pa after all varieties can be divided into three types: falling type, the middle of the stable type and dramatic type. The trend of seasonal changes in SLW and N / LA is similar. (2) In addition to VBF, there was significant difference among Pa, SLW, N / LA, MT and SF varieties. After anthesis Pa, SLW and N / LA varieties were also significantly different. (3) SLW, N / LA and MT were significantly correlated with Pa after flowering and flowering, and also significantly correlated with each other. SF was also significantly associated with Pa (?), But not with SLW and N / LA. (4) SLW, N / LA at jointing stage was significantly correlated with flowering stage.
