新课改已如火如荼,这场深层次、全方位的教育革命以“一切为了学生的发展”为目标,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为宗旨,全面推进和实施素质教育。新课程改革是时代对教育的要求,是社会对教师的期望。新课改背景下班主任工作既是挑战,又是班主任自我发展的新机遇。我结合近几年的班主任工作经验,谈谈新课改下班主任管理素养的几点认识。
The new curriculum reform has been in full swing. This deep-seated and all-round educational revolution aims at cultivating students’ innovative spirit and practical ability with the goal of “developing everything for students” and promoting and implementing quality education in an all-round way. The new curriculum reform is the era of education requirements, is the community’s expectations of teachers. In the new curriculum reform, class teacher work is both a challenge and a new opportunity for the class teacher to self-development. I combine the experience of the class teacher in recent years, to talk about the new curriculum reform teacher in charge of management awareness.
