目的对比分析动态增强螺旋计算机断层成像(CT)和数字减影血管造影(DSA)对原发性肝癌子灶(≤2 cm)的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2014年1月86例伴发子灶的肝癌患者动态增强螺旋CT影像和DSA影像结果,两次检查时间间隔在2周以内。结果DSA共发现191个肝癌子灶(右叶133个,左叶58个),平均直径1.5 cm。动态增强螺旋CT共发现143个子灶(右叶92个,左叶51个),平均直径1.8 cm。结论 DSA对直径≤2 cm肝癌子灶的检出具有一定的优势,其检出个数和对病灶直径的检测明显优于动态增强螺旋CT。
Objective To compare and analyze the value of dynamic contrast-enhanced helical computed tomography (CT) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the diagnosis of primary hepatic cancer (≤2 cm). Methods The dynamic enhanced CT and DSA images of 86 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) with focal lesion from January 2011 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The interval between two examinations was less than 2 weeks. Results A total of 191 liver cancer foci were found in the DSA (133 right and 58 left) with an average diameter of 1.5 cm. A total of 143 foci (92 right and 51 left) were detected by dynamic contrast-enhanced helical CT, with an average diameter of 1.8 cm. Conclusions DSA has certain advantages for the detection of hepatic cancer with diameter less than 2 cm. The number of detection and the detection of lesion diameter are superior to those of dynamic contrast-enhanced helical CT.
