目的研究过氧乙酸消毒剂对MS2噬菌体的灭活效果。方法采用悬液定量灭活试验方法进行了实验室观察。结果用浓度为200 mg/L的过氧乙酸消毒剂溶液作用60 min,对悬液内MS2噬菌体的平均灭活对数值为2.49。用浓度为1 200、800、500 mg/L的过氧乙酸溶液分别作用15、30和60 min,对悬液内MS2噬菌体的平均灭活对数值达到4.0以上。结论在本试验条件下,较低浓度的过氧乙酸溶液对MS2噬菌体灭活效果较好。
Objective To study the inactivation effect of peracetic acid disinfectant on phage MS2. Methods Suspension quantitative inactivation test method was used for laboratory observation. Results The mean inactivation logarithm of MS2 phage in the suspension was 2.49 for 60 min with 200 mg / L peracetic acid disinfectant solution. The average inactivation logarithm of MS2 phage in the suspension reached above 4.0 with 15, 30 and 60 min respectively with the peracetic acid solution at a concentration of 1 200,800 and 500 mg / L. Conclusion Under the conditions of this experiment, the lower concentration of peracetic acid solution inactivation of MS2 phage better.
