1 前言 目前,蓄热式烧嘴已被公认为具有最高余热回收率(可达80%)的自身预热式燃烧装置。这种新型烧嘴可以广泛地应用在锻造炉、热处理炉、连续轧钢加热炉、铝熔化炉及玻璃熔炉等各种工业窑炉上,从而为节约能源,提高工业炉窑的热效率提供了新的途径。发达国家(如美、日、德、英、法等国)已广泛地将此种形式的烧嘴推广应用,但在国内此项研究尚处起步阶段。文献[1]中介绍了以粘土质和铸铁质的波纹状蓄热片作为蓄热介质的一种蓄热式自身预热燃烧器,本文介绍的是以氧化铝陶瓷体为蓄热介质的一种新型蓄热式烧嘴。
1 Introduction At present, regenerative burners have been recognized as self-heating burners with the highest recovery of residual heat (up to 80%). The new burner can be widely used in a variety of industrial kilns such as forge furnaces, heat treatment furnaces, continuous rolling furnaces, aluminum melting furnaces and glass melting furnaces, thus providing a new type of burner for saving energy and increasing the thermal efficiency of industrial furnaces way. Developed countries (such as the United States, Japan, Germany, Britain, France and other countries) have been widely used in this form of burner to promote the application, but in China this study is still in its infancy.
