本文采用两次复位的方法解决了“不完全复位噪声”的消除问题;在综合分析1728CCLID输出级的复位噪声源的基础上,应用相关概念分析了CDS抑制技术的物理基础、实现条件及要解决的实际问题;据此设计出了比传统的CDS电路性能优越、实用、可完全消除1728CCLID复位噪声的CDS电路。
In this paper, the method of twice reset is used to solve the problem of eliminating “incomplete reset noise”. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the reset noise source of the 1728CCLID output stage, the related concepts are used to analyze the physical basis, the realization conditions and the solution of CDS suppression technology According to this, a CDS circuit with superior performance and practicability that can eliminate the 1728CCLID reset noise than conventional CDS circuits has been designed.
