新疆兵团勘测设计院(集团)有限责任公司(以下简称“兵团设计院”)已经走过了60多年的光辉历程,她诞生在屯垦戍边的1952年,先后经过8次变动,1984年恢复了师级建制。1991年经国家农业主管部门批准增挂了“农业部新疆勘测设计院”的牌子。2000年更名为“新疆生产建设兵团勘测规划设计研究院”。2013年,经兵团批准完成改企工作,更名为“新疆兵团勘测设计院(集团)有限责任公司”。全院共有职工1600余人,下属20个生产单位,分驻乌鲁木齐和石河子两地。现拥有农林、水利、建筑、咨询、环评、工程勘察、测绘、监理、工程总承包、水土保持方案编制、工程招标代理、水资源论证、旅游规划、土地勘测、水文水资源调查评价等19个甲级资质证书和水电、公路、市政(环境卫生、风景园
