从1979年起采用寸冬扩宫钳刮术,共施术500多例,宫口扩张满意,手术效果好。现将资料完整的100例报告如下:一、寸冬准备与放置法:将选用4～5cm长,直径1.5m～2.0cm 的寸冬浸泡于75%酒精中30分钟或行高压消毒。按常规外阴阴道消毒后;用长镊子将已消毒的寸冬慢慢送入宫颈内口处,再放纱布一块于宫口外以防寸冬滑脱。病人可自由活动。寸冬留置12～24小时后施钳刮术,同时取出纱布及寸冬。二、效果:应用寸冬扩宫,一般可使宫
