回转窑是工业上广泛使用的庞大热工设备。简体是它的基体,其强度计算十分重要。新设计回转窑时,强度计算的目的主要是寻求简体合适的支点数和跨度值,需要进行探索性计算,极为耗费时间。作者从与实际情况颇为接近的简化载荷图出发,归纳出了一整套强度计算公式、并采用FORTRAN语言编制了回转窑及类似回转圆筒类设备的筒体强度计算通用程序。该程序已成功地应用于回转窑的工程设计实践。计算结果精确、可靠、计算速度快,取得了理想效果。
Rotary kiln is a huge industrial thermal equipment widely used. Simplified is its base, the calculation of its strength is very important. In the new design of rotary kiln, the purpose of strength calculation is mainly to find simplified and suitable fulcrums and span values, which requires exploratory calculation and takes a lot of time. The author starts from a simplified load diagram which is quite close to the actual situation and sums up a set of strength calculation formulas. The program of calculating the cylinder strength of rotary kiln and similar rotary cylinder equipment is compiled by FORTRAN language. The program has been successfully applied to rotary kiln engineering practice. The calculation result is accurate, reliable and the calculation speed is fast. The ideal result has been obtained.
