对冷轧Al-Cu双层复合板进行搅拌摩擦焊接,获得了无缺陷的焊接接头。对搅拌摩擦焊过程中的金属流动行为和两层之间的混合进行了研究,考察了显微组织和硬度的变化。结果表明,在搅拌区的金属流动导致了在Cu层中前进侧生成条带状结构,在这些条带状结构中的细晶区域中,存在微量的Al颗粒和Al-Cu金属间化合物,这导致了其硬度的增加。
The cold-rolled Al-Cu double-layer composite plate was friction stir welded to obtain a defect-free welded joint. The metal flow behavior during the friction stir welding and the mixing between the two layers were investigated. The changes of microstructure and hardness were investigated. The results showed that the metal flow in the agitation zone resulted in the formation of a banded structure on the advancing side in the Cu layer in which a slight amount of Al particles and the Al-Cu intermetallic compound were present in the fine grain region in these banded structures Led to an increase in its hardness.
