目的为及时掌握深圳市居民食盐碘含量,动态评价人群碘营养状况,采取针对性防治措施和干预策略提供依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案(试行)》中的碘盐监测方法进行,共分层随机抽取居民户食盐1 692份。食盐碘含量按GB/T 13025.7-1999中直接滴定法定量测定,判定标准执行GB 5461-2000标准。结果碘盐覆盖率为95.0%,碘盐合格率为97.4%,合格碘盐食用率92.9%,无碘食盐率为5.0%。结论深圳市居民碘盐上述指标均达到我国碘缺乏病消除标准GB 16006-2008和《实现消除碘缺乏病目标县级考核评估方案》的要求。
Objective To grasp the iodine content of salt in Shenzhen residents in a timely manner to dynamically evaluate the status of iodine nutrition in the population and to provide the basis for targeted prevention and treatment measures and intervention strategies. Methods According to the iodine salt monitoring method in National Iodine Deficiency Disease Surveillance Program (for Trial Implementation), a total of 1 692 household salt samples were collected randomly. Salt iodine content by the direct titration GB / T 13025.7-1999 quantitative determination of the implementation of the standard GB 5461-2000 standards. Results The coverage of iodized salt was 95.0%, the qualified rate of iodized salt was 97.4%, the qualified iodized salt was 92.9%, and the iodine-free salt was 5.0%. Conclusion The above indexes of iodized salt of Shenzhen residents all meet the requirements of GB 16006-2008 of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders in our country and “the appraisal plan of county level to achieve the goal of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders”.
