目的探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法 36例胃溃疡患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用奥美拉唑、果胶铋胶囊、克拉霉素治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸、益胃汤加减,并用针灸配合治疗,4周为1个疗程。结果对照组溃疡胃镜下总有效率为77.78%,证候疗效总有效率为83.33%;治疗组溃疡胃镜下总有效率为88.89%,证候疗效总有效率为94.44%。对照组幽门螺杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)根除率为72.22%,治疗组HP根除率为88.88%。结论中西医结合治疗胃溃疡疗效显著,值得进一步研究。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 36 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was treated with omeprazole, pectin bismuth capsules and clarithromycin. The treatment group was given Fufang Danshen Diwan on the basis of the control group, with the addition and subtraction of Yiwei Decoction and acupuncture plus moxibustion, 4 weeks for 1 course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of gastric ulcer in the control group was 77.78%, the total effective rate of syndromes was 83.33%. The total effective rate of gastric ulcer in treatment group was 88.89%, and the total effective rate of syndromes was 94.44%. In the control group, helicobacter pylori (HP) eradication rate was 72.22%, the treatment group HP eradication rate was 88.88%. Conclusion Integrative treatment of gastric ulcer significant effect, it is worth further study.
