本文初步研究了在大庆油田的油层条件下,聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂的亲水基团、亲油基团大小以及温度对其水溶液的表面张力以及与石油烃和大庆原油的界面张力的影响。结果表明,随亲油基团的碳数增加或亲水基团聚氧乙烯(EO)数的减少,有利于油、水界面张力,临界胶束浓度(CMC)的降低。本文所研究的非离子表面活性剂的CMC值非常低,大约在10~(-3)mol/L左右。大庆原油油、水界面张力,在活性剂浓度小于CMC时,随活性剂浓度的增加而急剧下降,而高于CMC时,只是缓慢下降。表面张力可降到27mN/m左右。在CMC值后,大庆原油的界面张力达到了10~(-1)~10~(-2)mN/m数量级。可见,非离子表面活性剂在大庆油田条件下的效能较好。
