目的观察弹性义齿结合铸造支架修复牙列缺损的效果。方法牙列缺损患者78例随机均分为两组:试验组应用弹性义齿结合铸造支架修复;对照组采用传统的塑料支架和义齿修复。随访1年,比较两组的牙列缺损修复效果。结果试验组修复成功率为92.3%(36/39),高于对照组的71.8%(28/39)(P<0.05)。修复后1年,两组患者的义齿功能均很满意,试验组患者的舒适度、外观、黏膜情况和食物嵌塞情况优良率均高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组患者对美观的满意率高于对照组[100%(39/39)vs.87.2%(34/39)](P<0.05)。结论与传统的塑料支架和义齿比较,应用弹性义齿结合铸造支架修复牙列缺损的成功率高、制作方便、外观较好。
Objective To observe the effect of elastic denture combined with cast stent in repairing dentition defect. Methods 78 cases of dentition defect were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group with elastic denture combined with cast stent repair; the control group with the traditional plastic stent and denture repair. The patients were followed up for 1 year, the dentition defect repair effect was compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of repair in trial group was 92.3% (36/39), which was higher than that in control group (71.8%, 28/39) (P <0.05). One year after the repair, the denture function of both groups was satisfied. The excellent and good rates of comfort, appearance, mucosa and food impaction in the two groups were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) The satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group [100% (39/39) vs.87.2% (34/39)] (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional plastic stents and dentures, the success rate of repairing dentition defects with elastic dentures and cast stents is high, and the preparation is convenient and the appearance is good.
