情报学是一门新兴学科,正处在不断发展完善的过程。实践表明,中小城市的情报工作不能生搬硬套国外情报理论,也不能抄袭重复省以上情报部门的工作模式。应遵照“科技情报工作必须紧密为经济建设服务”的方针,并根据自身的现实特点,着眼于提高经济效益,创造多种多样的形式和方法,笔者认为,是切实可行的。下面,仅就情报服务和技术服务相结合的问题作一个初步探讨。科技咨询是情报服务深入的客观要求
Information science is a new discipline and it is in the process of continuous development and improvement. Practice has shown that intelligence work in small and medium-sized cities cannot be applied to foreign intelligence theory, nor can plagiarism duplicate the work model of provincial and above intelligence agencies. We should follow the principle of “Scientific and technological intelligence must serve the economic construction closely.” Based on our own realistic characteristics, we should focus on improving economic efficiency and creating a variety of forms and methods. The author believes that it is feasible. In the following, only a preliminary discussion will be made on the combination of intelligence services and technical services. Science and technology consultation is an in-depth and objective requirement for intelligence services
