孕妇,30岁,孕2产0,因疑无脑儿于孕19周来我院检查。产前超声检查:经腹部多切面扫查均未见胎儿完整头颅回声显示,其后只可见部分高回声反射组织,脊柱连续,胸腹部无特殊发现,胎心规律,约160次/min,股骨长约2.8cm,胎盘位于子宫前壁,成熟度0度,羊水最大暗区6.9cm,透声性好;三维超声显示无正常头颅,颜面及四肢无异
Pregnant women, 30 years old, 2 pregnant and 0, due to suspected brainless in pregnant 19 weeks to our hospital. Prenatal ultrasound: no multiple fetal head echo was detected by abdominal multi-slice scanning. Only partial hyperechoic tissue was observed thereafter. The spine was continuous without any special findings in the chest and abdomen. The fetal heart rate was about 160 beats / min. About 2.8cm, the placenta is located in the anterior wall of the uterus, maturity 0 degrees, the largest dark area of amniotic fluid 6.9cm, good sound transmission; three-dimensional ultrasound showed no normal head, facial and limbs is no different
