建立一种实用的工作场所空气中异氰酸甲酯的采样及测定方法。用浸渍二正丁基胺(DBA)的ME-2树脂管采集空气样品,用丙酮解吸,毛细柱气相色谱分离氮磷检测器(NPD)检测。结果显示,该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高。标准曲线的相关系数为0.9998,加标回收率为91.4%~94.8%,相对标准偏差为0.76%~4.83%,平均采样效率为99.8%。各项指标均达到《工作场所空气中毒物检测方法的研制规范》的要求,并能准确地测定空气中异氰酸甲酯含量。
Establish a practical method of sampling and determination of methyl isocyanate in the air of workplace. Air samples were collected from a ME-2 resin tube impregnated with di-n-butylamine (DBA), desorbed with acetone, and detected by NPD with a capillary column. The results show that the method is simple, accurate and sensitive. The correlation coefficient of standard curve was 0.9998. The recoveries of standard curve were 91.4% ~ 94.8% with relative standard deviations of 0.76% ~ 4.83%. The average sampling efficiency was 99.8%. The indicators have reached the “workplace air poison detection methods developed norms” requirements, and can accurately determine the content of methyl isocyanate in the air.
