蚊虫是多种虫媒传染病或寄生虫病的重要媒介。人类在用物理的、化学的方法防治蚊虫的工作中,积累了大量关于毒理学方面的经验和问题,例如新种的发现,杀虫药剂器械的更新换代,抗药性的发生等等。特别是由于抗药性的出现,使得喷洒的剂量和次数都不断上升,同时造成对环境的污染,所以调查蚊类对杀虫剂的抗药性(敏感性),研究其发生规律及对付办法,乃是蚊类化学防治的重要环节。本文就桂林市优势蚊种致泛库蚊幼虫对若干种有机磷杀虫剂的敏感性进行了测定。

In this paper, the susceptibility of Culex pipiens pallens larvae to several kinds of organophosphate insecticides to dominant mosquito species in Guilin was determined.
