目的:对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)同功酶的基因多态性进行归纳总结,为其抗氧化和抗凋亡研究提供参考。方法:查阅近年来研究文献,对目前国内外3种SOD同功酶基因多态性的研究进行归纳总结。结果:SOD同功酶(Cu,Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD和EC-SOD)特别是Mn-SOD基因多态性与很多疾病如冠心病、前列腺癌和皮肤癌等肿瘤发展等有较为复杂的关系。结论:SOD的基因多态性与很多疾病如冠心病、前列腺癌和皮肤癌等肿瘤发展等关系密切,在疾病诊断、治疗和预后中应考虑这种基因多态性。
Objective: To summarize the genetic polymorphisms of superoxide dismutase (SOD) isozymes, and to provide references for their anti-oxidative and anti-apoptosis research. Methods: To review the literatures in recent years and summarize the current studies on the polymorphism of three SOD isoenzymes at home and abroad. Results: The polymorphisms of SOD isozymes (Cu, Zn-SOD, Mn-SOD and EC-SOD), especially Mn-SOD, were more complicated than those in many diseases such as coronary heart disease, prostate cancer and skin cancer relationship. Conclusion: The genetic polymorphism of SOD is closely related to the development of many diseases such as coronary heart disease, prostate cancer and skin cancer. The gene polymorphism of SOD should be considered in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of the disease.
