一直认为由胎生期过渡到新生儿期这段时间内,男、女性的血中激素值即有差异,并已确定了性成熟后内分泌功能的表现方向,女性于小儿期性功能几乎处于停止状态,直到9～10岁才开始急速活动起来。本文以著者资料为中心,介绍伴随年龄发生的内分泌变化,并报导经期前后对同一病例追踪观察的结果。现对6～17岁不同年龄男女血中FSH、LH、PRL、E_2的变化,并以月经来潮前后的变化为重点加以探讨。促性腺激素值的变化:用放免法测定证明,FSH值随增龄而渐增无男女差,13岁出现高峰,以后平坦。所测范围各年龄女性均比男性显示高值,
