目的:研究槲皮素磷酸酯钾对血小板激活时钙流动的影响 方法:用荧光钙离子指示剂Fura-2观察槲皮素磷酸酯钾对血小板胞浆游离钙的影响。结果:槲皮素磷酸酯钾明显抑制凝血酶诱导的血小板游离钙的升高,减低细胞外钙内流,对细胞内储钙释放和非特异性钙内渗无影响。结论:抑制钙内流是槲皮素磷酸酯钾抑制血小板激活时胞浆[Ca2+]I 升高和抑制血小板功能的机制。
Objective: To study the effect of potassium quercetin phosphate on platelet calcium channel activation during the platelet activation.Methods: The effect of quercetin phosphate on platelet cytoplasmic free calcium was observed with Fura-2, a fluorescent calcium ion indicator. Results: Quercetin phosphate potassium significantly inhibited the increase of thrombin-induced platelet free calcium, decreased extracellular calcium influx, and had no effect on intracellular calcium release and non-specific calcium infiltration. CONCLUSION: Inhibition of calcium influx is a mechanism by which potassium quercetin phosphate inhibits the increase of cytosolic [Ca2 +] I and inhibits platelet function during platelet activation.
