随着市场的发展与改革开放步伐的深入,企业的发展规模得到扩大,市场上涌现出越来越多大大小小的企业,为我国经济增长做出很大贡献。从企业生存运行的角度而言,在竞争力日益激烈的今天,企业更需要完善自身的内部管理,特别是人力资源管理,既要处理好员工与企业之间的关系,又要善于利用各项激励机制,提升员工工作的积极性,留住员工,增加企业的效益。人力资源管理的完善,还需要与构建和谐劳动关系相互结合在一起,展示出我国企业的社会主义特色。本文简要的介绍了人力资源管理与和谐社会之间的关系,分析影响二者构建的因素,并提出完善的措施。
With the development of the market and the deepening of the pace of reform and opening up, the scale of development of enterprises has been expanded. More and more large and small enterprises have emerged in the market, making great contributions to the economic growth of our country. From the perspective of the survival and operation of enterprises, in the increasingly competitive today, enterprises need to improve their own internal management, especially human resources management, both to deal with the relationship between employees and enterprises, but also be good at using the various Incentive mechanism to enhance staff enthusiasm for work, retain employees, increase business efficiency. The improvement of human resource management also needs to be combined with the construction of harmonious labor relations to show the socialist characteristics of our country’s enterprises. This article briefly introduces the relationship between human resource management and harmonious society, analyzes the factors that affect the construction of the two, and puts forward the perfect measures.
