抓紧做好褪变档案材料的复制工作,是摆在各级档案部门面前的一项紧迫而繁重的任务。原来我们总觉得人少事多,忙不过来,对这一工作缺乏紧迫感。八月上中旬,我们对馆藏的两万余卷档案材料的褪变情况进行了一次检查,发现百分之五十左右的案卷存在字迹扩散或纸张破损的问题,需要复制的文件材料达四万七千余份,计四千八百余万字,其中急需复制的文件材料达一万一千
