该文针对目前中药鉴定学重“真伪”、轻“优劣”的不足,充分发挥一般分子标记和测序技术的“真伪”鉴别优势,结合功能基因在表征药材“优劣”方面的独特作用,提出了中药材“真伪、优劣”二维分子标记的构建策略。该文系统介绍了二维分子标记法的概念、原理及方法,总结了该方法所具备的技术优势,展望了其在同时解决中药“真伪”和“优劣”鉴定评价中的重要作用。二维分子标记法的提出,将从技术方法层面,进一步拓展中药鉴定学的科学内涵和外延,为真正实现中药的“真伪优劣”鉴定奠定方法学基础。
