目的探究山仙颗粒(SXG)对Lewis肺癌瘤株转染的C57BL/6小鼠NK细胞和IL-1活性的影响。方法将40只C57BL/6小鼠随机取出10只作为空白对照组(A组),把LEWIS肺癌细胞接种于剩余30只小鼠右腋皮下,再将它们随机分为荷瘤对照组(B组)、金龙胶囊组(C组)、山仙颗粒组(D组)等3组。接种24h后,A、B组用生理盐水灌胃。C、D组分别以金龙胶囊和山仙颗粒混悬液灌胃,造摸21天处死小鼠,检测移植瘤重、肺转移灶数、出瘤时间、NK细胞及IL-1活性。结果与对照组比较,SXG组小鼠出瘤时间显著延长(P<0·01),瘤重减轻、肺转移灶数减少、NK细胞及IL-1活性升高(P<0.01)。结论SXG能显著抑制LEWIS肺癌的生长与转移,其机制可能与提高IL-1及NK活性有关。
Objective To investigate the effect of ShanXian granule (SXG) on the activity of NK cells and IL-1 in C57BL / 6 mice transfected with Lewis lung cancer strains. Methods 40 C57BL / 6 mice were randomly divided into blank control group (group A), LEWIS lung cancer cells were inoculated into the right axilla of the remaining 30 mice and then randomly divided into group B ), Jinlong capsule group (C group) and Shanxian granule group (D group). After inoculation for 24 hours, groups A and B were given gavage with saline. Groups C and D were gavage respectively with Jinlong capsule and Sanxian granule suspension, mice were sacrificed 21 days later, and the weight of tumor, the number of lung metastases, the time of tumorigenesis, the activity of NK cells and IL-1 were detected. Results Compared with the control group, the mice in the SXG group had significantly longer tumorigenic time (P <0.01), lighter tumor weight, fewer lung metastases, and higher NK cell and IL-1 activity (P <0.01). Conclusion SXG can significantly inhibit the growth and metastasis of LEWIS lung cancer, which may be related to the increase of IL-1 and NK activity.
