目的探讨胃溃疡及各期胃癌患者胃黏膜组织中白色念珠菌的毒力及其磷脂酶的活性的差异。方法按照菌株来源分组为正常对照组,胃溃疡组,早期胃癌组,进展期胃癌组,各组胃黏膜的菌株在CHROMagar念珠菌显色培养基上进行真菌分离培养与菌种鉴定,采用蛋黄平板法检测白色念珠菌的磷脂酶,以Pz值表示磷脂酶的活性。用白色念珠菌悬液尾静脉注射感染小鼠,以其平均存活时间(d)评价菌株毒力。结果与正常对照组比较,各组磷脂酶活性均有所升高,差异有统计学意义,以进展期胃癌组的磷脂酶活力最高,毒力最强,可在5d内致全部小鼠死亡。结论随着胃黏膜病理变化恶性程度的升高,所感染白色念珠菌磷脂酶的活性升高,毒力也逐渐增强。
Objective To investigate the differences of the virulence of Candida albicans and the activity of phospholipase in gastric mucosa of patients with gastric ulcer and gastric cancer. Methods The strains were divided into normal control group, gastric ulcer group, early gastric cancer group, advanced gastric cancer group and gastric mucosa of each group according to the strain sources for fungal isolation and culture on CHROMagar Candida chromogenic medium. France to test Candida albicans phospholipase, Pz value of phospholipase activity. Infected mice were injected with tail vein of Candida albicans suspension and their virulence was evaluated by their mean survival time (d). Results Compared with the normal control group, the phospholipase activity in each group was increased, the difference was statistically significant. The advanced group had the highest phospholipase activity and the strongest virulence, and all the mice died within 5 days. Conclusion With the malignant degree of pathological changes of gastric mucosa, the activity of the infected Candida albicans phospholipase increases, and the virulence also gradually increases.
