班组的精细化管理是持续改进班组管理水平的必由之路,是班组建设之魂。然何谓“精细化”?如何“精细化”?笔者试从“精细化”的表意入手,从3个层面对班组如何进行精细化管理作初步探讨。
The meticulous management of the team is the only way to continuously improve the management level of the team and is the soul of team building. How to “refine”?
