在国家经济快速发展和科技水平日益提高的趋势下,环境问题也已经被推到了突出的地位。在近些年中,雾霾问题以及由于环境恶化而引发的一系列人类疾病和生态问题也越来越奇特,这也给我们敲响了警钟,表明对于环境和生态的保护已经成为我们所面临的最主要问题。对所有人而言,《环境保护法》作为一种强制性的力量,具有更大的约束力和规范性,对于实际的环境保护具有更加明显的作用。相关的职能部门考虑到实际环境保护任务的艰巨性和长期性,便对以往的环境保护法有了一些调整和完善。在本文当中,我便会从《新环境保护法》颁行的原因、重要意义以及具体的对于地方政府环境责任方面来具体论述这一问题。

In this article, I will elaborate on this issue from the reasons for the promulgation of the “Law on the Protection of the New Environment”, its significance and the specific responsibility for the environmental responsibilities of local governments.
