选择理想的变质剂是制备高强韧铸造Al-Si-Mg合金的重要手段。采用富镧混合稀土和锶对A35 7合金进行了变质处理 ,研究它们对合金铸态、热处理态的组织、力学性能及含氢量的影响。结果表明 ,在保证合金含铁量Fe≤ 0 .11%时 ,富镧混合稀土比锶有更理想的除氢和变质效果、细化组织中共晶硅的能力和综合力学性能。富镧混合稀土是Al-Si-Mg合金较理想的变质剂
Choosing the ideal modifier is an important method to prepare Al-Si-Mg alloy with high toughness. A357 alloy was modified with lanthanum-rich mischmetal and strontium to study their effect on microstructure, mechanical properties and hydrogen content of as-cast and heat-treated alloys. The results show that the La - rich rare - earth mixed alloy has better dehydrogenation and metamorphism than that of strontium when the iron content of the alloy is Fe ≤ 0.11%, and the eutectic silicon and its mechanical properties are refined. La-rich mixed rare earth is the ideal Al-Si-Mg alloy modifier
