在高校体育教学工作中,如何根据女学生的生理、心理特点以及她们的兴趣和爱好搞好体育工作,达到育人、健身和终生受益的目的,这是当前一个颇受大家关注的问题。现就自己多年的实践和体会,谈一下个人的看法。一、影响上好女生体育课的不利因素女大学生正处于生理发育旺盛阶段,女性特点日益明显,身体开始发胖,运动兴趣有所下降,受传统观念“女以静为美”或历史“重文轻武”及现今社会“重智轻体”的错误影响,追求文静,因而对运动兴趣不大。尤其是在行经期问,身体出现各种不适,按说这都应属正常的生理现象,但由于长期以来对学生生理卫生知识的普及、教育、指导不够,使不少学生误将此种不适现象视为痛态,因而产生紧张、恐惧、焦虑、抑郁及害羞心理,造成不必要的精神负担。
