1.喷油器铜套漏水ZH1105W 型柴油机喷油器装在嵌有喷油器铜套的缸盖上(为保证直喷式喷油器正常工作,散热效果好而采用)。使用中常因喷油器积炭过多或热状态下拆卸喷油器等原因,而造成喷油器铜套松动。当铜套松动后,进气行程时气缸内气压低,冷却水经铜套四周被吸入气缸,从排气管处可见水珠排出。排除方法是,拧紧喷油器压板螺母,拆下缸盖将铜套翻边铆紧(敲紧)。

Remedy is, tighten the injector plate nut, remove the cylinder head rivet copper flange crimping (tapping).
